In the first stage, Motion Structure Induction (MSI), the model undergoes Supervised Fine- Tuning (SFT), learning to interpret kinematic evidence under joint supervision of Chain-of-Thought (CoT) rationales and ground-truth equations, before producing initial symbolic hypotheses guided by causal CoT prompts.
